Gather APP is a decentralized encryption social platform based on Web3 technology. It mainly provides functions such as encrypted chat, decentralized data storage, NFT identity management, and Web3 interaction.

• Decentralized identity authentication：The Gather app does not require mobile phone number or mailbox registration. Users perform decentralized identity certification through digital wallet addresses.
• Account security responsibility：You are responsible for keeping your wallet private key and device safe.
• Prohibited behavior：You promise not to use Gather to engage in the following behavior：
  • Release illegal, false, obscene, violent or infringing information;
  • Undermining network security and interfering with system operation;
  • Infringe the rights of third parties or transmit malware.

4. Privacy and data protection

We respect the user's privacy. All data of users pass through end -to -end encryption and only store in user devices. Gather cannot access or retain your data.

5. Limitation and end of use

If the user violates these terms, Gather reserves the right to limit or end its right to use at any time.

6. Disclaimer

The Gather APP is based on decentralized technology. Due to network interruption, equipment failure or third -party attacks, service interruptions or data loss, Gather does not bear any responsibility.

Users need to bear the risks related to digital assets by themselves, including but not limited to market rise and fall, asset loss, and legal policy changes.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The identification, name, technology and all content of the Gather APP belong to the Gather team or related parties. Without authorization, no user shall copy, disseminate or use it.

8. Change of clauses

Gather reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and the changed content will be notified to users through App announcements.

9. Law selection and dispute resolution

In this terms, the relevant laws and regulations are selected. If there is a dispute, the two parties agreed to solve it through friendly negotiation. If they cannot reach an agreement, they are submitted to the jurisdiction of the Gather's local court.
