• Provide end -to -end encryption communication services;
• Improve App performance and user experience;
• Support user feedback and technical support.

Data sharing：Gather will not share, sell or leak your personal data with any third party, unless：

• Based on the requirements of laws and regulations;
• With your express authorization and consent.

Encrypted transmission：Gather uses advanced encryption technology, including the GPROTO protocol and end -to -end encryption to ensure that your data cannot be obtained by a third party.

Local storage：User data is only stored on local devices. You need to ensure the security of the device and wallet private key to prevent data loss.

5. User Rights

• You have the right to check, delete or back up your chat records and files;
• If you stop using the Gather App, you can clear all data on your device yourself.

6. Child privacy protection

Gather APP does not face children under 13 years of age.
