HR and Administration Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
1. Receive basic consultations and introductions from visiting job seekers and customers, strictly implement the company's behavioral reception service standards, maintain good etiquette, maintain the sanitation of the front desk environment, and enhance the company's overall external image;
2. Promote company management projects, maintain the sanitation of public areas, supervise and inspect the sanitation of offices in various departments, enhance the company's internal image, and improve the comfort of the office environment;
3. Daily administrative work management, including but not limited to violation inspections, maintenance management, conference room management, express management, copying, faxing, printing, playing music, drug supply, etc., to ensure the normal progress of work.
Job Requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, administrative management, human resources management, secretarial, business administration and other majors are preferred;
2. More than one year of administrative work experience, familiar with administrative management related work knowledge;
3. Lively and cheerful personality, proactive, with good interpersonal communication skills, planning ability and execution ability, with a global vision and a high sense of responsibility.
