Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily operation of the school, familiar with the full process of attracting new fans, retaining fans, converting fans, and fissioning fans;
2. Have more than 2 years of experience as a blockchain lecturer and be familiar with various projects in the industry;
3. Have an understanding of public chains, blockchains, metaverses, WEB3, GameFi, NFT, DEFI, Dao, SocialFi, chain games, digital collections, financial trader engineer analysis, hedging transactions, asset management, etc. is preferred;
4. Can guide the work of teachers in the school, manage teachers, coordinate and cooperate with teachers in various tasks, and be responsible for the implementation of the school projects before, during, and after;
5. Candidates who can develop courses will be given priority;
6. Candidates with experience in planning and organizing conferences, offline salons, online classes, etc. will be given priority.

Job requirements:
1. Have more than three years of experience in blockchain industry training, and have provided full-time coaching and follow-up for more than two projects;
2. Speak standard Mandarin, be good at public speaking, and be approachable;
3. Be conscientious and patient in work;
4. Have rich training system planning and construction capabilities, and have the ability to coordinate and manage implementation;
5. Have excellent communication, expression, organization and coordination skills;
6. Have certain negotiation skills and abilities, and be able to accurately grasp customer needs and formulate training plans;
7. Have good professional ethics and good teamwork skills.
